Clifford Stott has worked in the field of genealogy since 1971 and has an extensive background working in the records of the United States and England.  Clifford received his certification from the the Board for Certification for Genealogists in New England genealogical research in 1999 and was elected a Fellow of the American Society of Genealogists in 1998.  He is a contributing editor to The American Genealogist and has had several of his articles published in the New England Historical and Genealogical Register.

He specializes in New England States research (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine), New York State, New Jersey, England, English-speaking Ontario Canada and LDS genealogy.
